On the Help Menu, click About the Build & Project File....

Displays information about the version and build date of Hyperlink, and the code page that was used to build the currently open project file, as well as the date the project file was built and the computer used to build it.

In addition, a summary of the project contents is shown -- the types of graphics and configuration in the project, and the presence of any other types of documents, such as AutoCADs or PDFs.
